Please note that fares are not guaranteed until tickets are paid for and ticketed. Whilst we will always endeavour to honour your original quotation, on occasion and subject to airline rules, this may not be possible. In such an event you will be contacted within 72 hours by our reservations office to advise. In the unlikely event that we are unable to issue your ticket at the price quoted, you will be offered the option to cancel free of charge.

The booking classes to which the airfares are quoted are indicative and cannot be guaranteed by Advanced Travel Partners (UK) Limited. If in doubt, the user of the website should contact the ticketing advice line advertised on the footer of the site. Advanced Travel Partners (UK) Ltd is the appointed UK travel agent of Late-Flights and acts as agent for various airlines and other travel suppliers. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RECORDING OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS
Advanced Travel Partners (UK) Ltd records telephone conversations made to it as part of a strategy of continued business improvement. The recording process is carried out in accordance with the operational guidance on monitoring and recording telephone calls under the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000.

Under those regulations recording of telephone conversations is allowed to 'establish the existence of facts, ascertain compliance with regulatory or self-regulatory practices or procedures, and to ascertain or demonstrate standards which are or ought to be achieved'. Advanced Travel Partners (UK) Ltd is committed to a continual review of the quality of its operations and business practices, and the ongoing development of training for its staff. Calls may therefore be recorded or monitored and used internally for training or quality purposes.

Advanced Travel Partners (UK) Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (registration Z6154534), and the recording of telephone conversations will strictly abide by the conditions imposed by that registration . Under the Act any processing of personal data must be:
